Paul Gassenheimer was born in 1952 in Vienna. After his education on the college for technical engineering some years as technical drawer followed. 1982 he decided to paint exlusively - contrary to the trend. 1985 - 1988 he gave his knowledge in workshops to people interested in arts in Salzburg. 1989 foundation of "Vienna Portrait Studio", exercising various techniques of portraying.
